Terms and Conditions – Cloudbet Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Cloudbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the Cloudbet platform located at cloudbet-jit.com, including all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Cloudbet Platform, placing a bet, playing any casino game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Cloudbet Platform.

Cloudbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Cloudbet Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should close your Cloudbet account and stop using the Platform.

To register and use the Cloudbet Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of Cloudbet:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Cloudbet strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 18. Cloudbet may at any time request proof of age and will suspend any account found to be held by a minor.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or business accounts are not accepted on Cloudbet.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Cloudbet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must be registering of your own free will and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been excluded from Cloudbet under any Responsible Gaming provision.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information Cloudbet requests. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each person may register and maintain only one Cloudbet account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same mobile number, or any other combination — is strictly prohibited on Cloudbet. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Cloudbet account credentials. You must:

• Keep your Cloudbet password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Cloudbet account — strongly recommended for all users.
• Notify Cloudbet immediately at support@cloudbet-jit.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Cloudbet account for any purpose.

Cloudbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. Cloudbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for any reason, including — but not limited to — suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on Cloudbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cloudbet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted on Cloudbet.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for all supported payment methods on Cloudbet.

Deposits are typically credited to your Cloudbet wallet within seconds for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours. Card deposits are processed in real time. Cloudbet charges no deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees for which Cloudbet is not responsible.

Withdrawals from Cloudbet must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The following additional conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made after you have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your Cloudbet account.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Cloudbet may require you to complete or update your KYC verification.
• Cloudbet charges zero fees on withdrawals. Payout times: Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5 minutes under normal conditions; IBFT within 2–6 hours; cards within 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Cloudbet reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

By placing a bet on Cloudbet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable sport-specific rules for that event, which are displayed on the relevant market page. The following general betting rules apply to all Cloudbet sports markets:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 for most Cloudbet sports markets. Specific minimums may apply to certain markets and are displayed on the bet slip.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and event. Cloudbet displays maximum bet limits on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are final once confirmed on Cloudbet. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after a bet is accepted, except where Cloudbet expressly permits it (for example, certain Cash Out eligible markets).
• Odds at time of bet acceptance are the odds that govern your bet. Live odds displayed on Cloudbet's in-play interface update rapidly; the price shown when you click may differ from the price when Cloudbet processes the bet. If the odds have shifted significantly, Cloudbet may prompt you to accept the new price.
• Accumulator bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to settle as a winner on Cloudbet. If one selection is void, the accumulator continues with remaining legs at reduced combined odds.
• Abandoned or postponed events: Where a match is abandoned before completion of the minimum required play (as specified in sport-specific rules), Cloudbet will void all bets on that event and return stakes. Bets on events that are postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours will generally stand unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

Cloudbet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, system malfunction, corrupt data feed, suspicious betting patterns, or abuse of any promotional offer. In such cases, Cloudbet will refund the relevant stake to the user's Cloudbet wallet.

Cloudbet's casino games — including slots, Andar Bahar, live dealer tables, and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game on Cloudbet is genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including Cloudbet itself.

Virtual sports on Cloudbet (Virtual Football, Virtual Cricket, Virtual Horse Racing, and others) use the same certified RNG infrastructure. Results are generated independently for each event and are not influenced by real-world sporting outcomes. Virtual sports events on Cloudbet typically run every 3–5 minutes, 24 hours a day.

• Each game's rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage are displayed within the game interface on Cloudbet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as disconnection, server error, or browser crash — Cloudbet will attempt to resolve the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Game outcomes recorded by Cloudbet's servers are definitive. Where there is a discrepancy between what the user sees on their device and what Cloudbet's servers have recorded, the server record takes precedence.
• Progressive jackpot games on Cloudbet are subject to additional terms displayed within the jackpot game interface.

From time to time, Cloudbet offers bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion on Cloudbet is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all Cloudbet bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your Cloudbet bonus wallet unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses on Cloudbet are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) before the funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time on Cloudbet unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Cloudbet bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to abuse Cloudbet's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets with another user, or using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Cloudbet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, users who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cloudbet Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false identification, fraudulent payment information, or any other deceptive information to Cloudbet.
• Money laundering: Using Cloudbet's deposit or withdrawal system to disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Cloudbet users to manipulate betting markets, game outcomes, or bonus outcomes in a way that is unfair to other users or to Cloudbet.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting Cloudbet's pricing errors or promotional terms in a way that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate value betting.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with Cloudbet's Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• VPN abuse: Using VPNs or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions on Cloudbet's Platform or to claim promotions not available in your location.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or control your Cloudbet account.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing Cloudbet staff, agents, or other users in any form.

Cloudbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Cloudbet, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, Cloudbet collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, meet our legal obligations, and communicate with you about your Cloudbet account and relevant promotions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Cloudbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, transmit, or create derivative works of any Cloudbet content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudbet excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Cloudbet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Cloudbet will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Disputes: If you believe a bet on Cloudbet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 14 days of the event outcome being known. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. Cloudbet's decision on all disputes is final.

Cloudbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect users' rights or obligations — Cloudbet will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Cloudbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using Cloudbet and may request account closure by contacting support@cloudbet-jit.com.
